We have been finishing off orders for the close of the summer season and looking at new models and ranges for next year. We are all working as hard as possible at the moment as next week we have our CE inspection. This is an annual check to ensure our machines perform to the strictest safety standards. As always we are certain our machines are more than up to the grade as they are the most reliable machines on the market. However the majority of our time has been spent compiling all of the relevant documentation for our two new machines we are bringing to the market in 2011.

These are the charcoal roaster machine that cooks meats using the more traditional method and an updated version of our restaurant machine for use indoors and built into a restaurant as a focal centrepiece. We are very confident that both of these machines will pass the inspection with flying colours which will mean they will be available to all you budding hog roasters out there from March 2011.
