Even over the festive period we have been extremely busy both in the office and in the factory. The lads in the factory have been restoring our stock levels as in 2010 we outsold our targets and we want to make sure that 2011 is just as good a year if not even better. As I write the guys are busy welding, bend, assembling and filling the shelves ready for the summer. It no different in the office we are busy organising our marketing for next year and dealing with our stockists and making sure our product and service is the market leader just as it always has been.

Some of our more astute customers have been taking advantage of some of our fantastic winter offers in the last few days. Although this is naturally our quietest time of year in terms of sales we do have some great deals to tempt our customers in to a winter sales. Also this time of year is a great time to come and visit the factory a watch the machines being made. Also if you have any bespoke ideas or would like something specifically designed for you whether it be a indoor or outdoor machine now is the perfect time to pick up the phone or come down and have a chat about your ideas.

So what can you look forward to in 2011, well myself and the team have been working extra hard this year to ensure that 2011 is our best ever and also to ensure that we can offer the best range of machine on the market. Both our newly designed restaurant spit and hog machine and our charcoal spit roast and barbeque will be new additions to the team. We have worked extremely hard on them and have tested them vigorously over the last 6 month and are now confident that will enter the market as the best working machines available on the market. As with all our machines they will come with the same service we here at James Alpe have become famous for, this includes 12 months warranty, next day service on parts, cooking and cleaning advice as well as over the phone expertise and annual service checks.
